PA18/00499 Outline planning application for up to 4 residential dwellings – Land West of St Ewe Village Hall, School Hill, St Ewe, Cornwall PL26 6EY.
A link to online information for this application is HERE.
Outline planning is defined:
Applications for outline planning permission seek to establish whether the scale and nature of a proposed development would be acceptable to the local planning authority, before a fully detailed proposal is put forward. This type of planning application allows fewer details about the proposal to be submitted, in this case the applicant is looking to get approval for the principle of 4 dwellings.
Should outline permission be granted, they will need to ask for approval of the details such as design, materials, access, landscaping before work can start. These are known as reserved matters and details will be the subject of a “reserved matters” application at a later stage.
